These terms apply when you use the FreeGrid library and the freegrid.app website, and when you buy a FreeGrid license. By installing or using FreeGrid you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. What the license grants

• Personal, educational and non-commercial use is free, with every feature.
• Use by or for a company, organization or public body (internal systems, products you sell, sites you build for clients) needs a license for each domain.
• A license for example.com covers www.example.com. Each subdomain (for example erp.example.com) is a separate domain and needs its own license.
• An annual license is valid for one year from the payment date and renews every year. A perpetual license is paid once and does not expire.
• License keys are tied to the domains they were bought for and are not valid on other domains.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

FreeGrid is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost data arising from the use of FreeGrid, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned.

4. Prohibited use

• Reselling, transferring or sharing license keys, or using a key on domains it was not bought for.
• Removing, bypassing or tampering with the license checks.

5. Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Orders paid by bank transfer in Korea are made with us directly; we issue the tax invoice and handle refunds for them.

6. Cancelling an annual license

You can cancel an annual subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the year you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
