2nd Korea ("we") runs freegrid.app and the FreeGrid library and processes only the information described here.

1. What we process and why

• Forum sign-in: your GitHub or Google account ID, name, avatar URL and email address, to let you post, identify you and assign moderators.
• Forum posts and replies: their content, time and likes.
• Admin sign-in: the admin email address and one-time codes (stored hashed, expire after 10 minutes).
• Library usage reports: when FreeGrid runs on a public domain, once a day, the domain, the page address without query string, the version and whether a license key is set. Used for licensing. We never receive the data shown in the grid or anything about that site's visitors.
• License requests: the company name, business number, domains and contact details you send us, for quotes, invoices and keys.

2. Cookies

Only a sign-in cookie (fg_session, 30 days) and an admin cookie (fg_admin, 12 hours). No advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Retention

Forum accounts and posts until you ask us to delete them; license records for the period required by law. Usage reports are kept as per-domain totals.

4. Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database, Turnstile spam protection, email), GitHub, Inc. and Google LLC (sign-in). Data may be stored or transferred outside Korea.

Ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction at any time at [email protected].
