Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund

New purchases, annual and perpetual, can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the purchase date. No reason needed.

2. Annual renewals

An annual renewal charge can also be refunded in full within 14 days of the renewal date. After that you can still cancel: the license runs to the end of the paid year and you are not charged again.

3. How to ask for a refund

• Email [email protected] with your transaction ID (for card payments it starts with txn_).
• For card payments you can also request it through Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net. Card refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Bank-transfer orders in Korea are refunded by us to the account the payment came from.

4. After a refund

The license key is revoked, and FreeGrid is no longer licensed for use on those domains.
